FULL C1600+ sorting and repair line

This solution presents a complete, fully automated line for sorting, quality control, and repair of pallets. The line starts with a pallet turner, which allows for safe and efficient turning for further processing. Next, pallets go to the sorting station, where their quality is assessed, and elements requiring repair are identified. Pallets not requiring repair are automatically stacked by a 6-axis robot into 1-7 pallet stacks. Repaired pallets go to the stacker. The entire process ensures automation, reduction of manual labour, increased output, and consistent quality of repaired pallets, minimising the risk of damage and providing the highest work ergonomics.

Line modules

We build the line from modules chosen to suit the requirements of your plant.

01

Pallet Turner

A specialised device that rotates pallet stacks by 90°, facilitating individual inspection and assessment of each pallet's condition.

  • Safe pallet rotation minimising the risk of damage
  • Control from the operator panel or full automation
  • Accelerates quality control and further repair
  • Key element of the sorting and repair process
02

Pallet Sorting Station

A component of the sorting and repair line that enables pallet selection based on technical condition, type, or size.

  • Quality control of boards, blocks, and structural stability
  • Selection into up to 7 different stacking types
  • Integration with robot and stacker in the line
  • Minimises errors and time of manual checking
03

Pallet Stacking - Industrial Robot

The ABB robot, in conjunction with the sorting station, automatically stacks finished pallets according to 1-7 quality categories.

  • ABB robot with servomotor control
  • Sorting and stacking into 1-7 quality categories
  • Stacks with a height of 2.8-3.2 m
  • Handles perimeter base pallets and custom sizes
04

Repair Stations

Ergonomic work tables designed for quick replacement of damaged boards and blocks.

  • Quick replacement of boards and blocks
  • Automatic or semi-automatic tools
  • Option to operate 2 to 4 stations in one line
  • Full quality control and assembly precision
05

Pallet Stacking

The final module automatically stacks finished 4-way entry pallets quickly, repeatedly, and safely.

  • Automatic stacking of finished 4-way entry pallets
  • Standard stacking - 'one on top of another'
  • Compact design with high output
  • Optional robots for material feeding and nail replenishment
06

Pallet Stacking (top deck variant)

A variant of the stacking module with the option of stacking top decks (upper parts of pallets) - in standard or nested mode, saving space in transport and storage.

  • Stacking top decks (upper parts of pallets) next to full 4-way pallets
  • Nested 'one inside another' mode for lighter, disposable pallets
  • Space saving in transport and storage
  • Modular design with the possibility of expansion to include stacking of pallet bottoms (legs)
07

Additional options

The line is operated by an operator as standard - for companies seeking maximum automation, full robotisation of the process is available.

  • Standard: operator feeds material, replenishes nails, and adjusts the line for new dimensions
  • Option: full automation of machine parameter adjustment when changing pallet type
  • Industrial robots for material feeding and transport between modules
  • Automatic nail magazine replenishment
