ST1 C1000 pallet sorting line

This solution presents a fully automated line for sorting pallets by quality. The line begins with a pallet turner, which allows for safe rotation and preparation for further assessment. Pallets then proceed to the sorting station, where an operator assesses their condition, with the option to remove damaged pallets or those not meeting specified standards. Pallets that pass quality control are directed to a stacker for finished pallet stacks, where stable and organised stacks are created. The entire process is automated, significantly increasing output, improving work ergonomics, and minimising the risk of pallet damage. The line enables fast and precise sorting of large quantities of pallets, ensuring efficient material flow within the facility and maintaining high product quality.

Line modules

We build the line from modules chosen to suit the requirements of your plant.

01

Pallet Turner

A specialised device that rotates pallet stacks by 90°, facilitating individual inspection and assessment of each pallet's condition.

  • Safe pallet rotation minimising the risk of damage
  • Control from the operator panel or full automation
  • Accelerates quality control and further repair
  • Key element of the sorting and repair process
02

Pallet Sorting Station

A component of the sorting and repair line enabling pallet selection, with the option to remove damaged items or those not meeting standards.

  • Quality control of boards, blocks, and structural stability
  • Ergonomic removal of damaged pallets from the line
  • Integration with turner and stacker in the line
  • Minimises errors and time of manual checking
03

Pallet Stacking - Stacker

The stacker creates stacks of pallets that have successfully passed quality control at the sorting station.

  • Automatic control and precise positioning
  • Stable, organised stacks ready for transport
  • Minimises the risk of pallets overturning or being damaged
  • Seamless integration with the entire sorting line
04

Repair Stations

Ergonomic work tables designed for quick replacement of damaged boards and blocks.

  • Quick replacement of boards and blocks
  • Automatic or semi-automatic tools
  • Option to operate 2 to 4 stations in one line
  • Full quality control and assembly precision
05

Pallet Stacking

The final module automatically stacks finished 4-way pallets or top decks (upper parts of pallets) - in standard or nested mode, quickly, repeatedly, and safely.

  • Two operating modes: standard 'one on top of another' or nested 'one inside another'
  • Stacking finished 4-way pallets or top decks (upper parts of pallets)
  • Nested mode saves space in transport and storage
  • Modular design with the possibility of expansion to include stacking of pallet bottoms (legs)
06

Additional options

The line is operated by an operator as standard - for companies seeking maximum automation, full robotisation of the process is available.

  • Standard: operator feeds material, replenishes nails, and adjusts the line for new dimensions
  • Option: full automation of machine parameter adjustment when changing pallet type
  • Industrial robots for material feeding and transport between modules
  • Automatic nail magazine replenishment
