Service for IMH, Stakma and Cekamon pallet machines
MDP Serwis repairs, reconditions, upgrades and relocates machines for pallet production, sorting and repair, as well as sawmill equipment. Our technicians work on the customer's site, and we solve many problems by phone and remotely. We keep spare parts in our own warehouse in Poland.

How to report a fault
Call or write to serwis@maszynydopalet.pl, describe the problem and give the machine model. We start with telephone support and remote diagnosis. If that is not enough, a technician comes with the necessary parts, and after the repair we test the machine and, if needed, train the operators. All phone numbers are on the contact page.
Frequently asked questions
Which pallet machines do you service?
IMH, Stakma (including the PalletMax and PalletStar series) and Cekamon machines, as well as other machines for pallet production, sorting and repair and sawmill equipment.
Do you service machines after the warranty?
Yes. We provide post-warranty service: repairs, inspections and reconditioning of heavily loaded components such as blades, shafts, bearings and motors.
Do you have spare parts in stock?
Yes. We have our own parts warehouse in Poland, so repairs and reconditioning do not wait for components to be brought in from abroad.
Can you move a line to a new hall?
Yes. We dismantle, secure, transport and install machines and entire lines, then start them up at the new location so that production is stopped for as short a time as possible.
Do you buy back used pallet machines?
We assess the technical condition and market value of older machines and then present a buy-back offer. Used machines for sale are in the used machines section.
