Pallet machines and pallet production lines with service

Pallet production lines differ mainly in how much work is left to people. A Stakma CNC machine from the PalletMax or PalletStar series nails many types of pallet, including non-standard ones, and is run by one or two people. A full IMH Kombiline line with separate machines for legs, decks and assembly produces 4 to 7 pallets per minute according to the data sheets. A robot in the line usually does not raise output; it reduces the number of people per shift. Not every investment has to start with a new machine. On the Used machinery page we publish inspected second-hand pallet nailing machines, finishing lines and woodworking machines. If you want to sell your own machine, we can act as an intermediary.

Our service engineers assemble and test machines before and after delivery, and during the warranty period service is free of charge. After the warranty we handle servicing of pallet machines, repairs, refurbishment, line relocation and the supply of spare parts. Every hour of line downtime means pallets you cannot ship that day, which is why we run service as a separate department, not as an add-on to sales.
