1. Production of pallet bottoms

Product description:

A modern pallet bottom assembly machine, integrated with a precise optimising saw, enables fully automatic production of pallet bottoms with only one operator.

Thanks to its advanced design and automatic board and block feeders, the machine ensures high repeatability, low material consumption, and significantly reduces manual labour.

Two versions of the machine are available with a capacity of:
🔹 up to 12 pallet bottoms/min
🔹 up to 18 pallet bottoms/min

The machine can operate independently or as part of an integrated assembly line.

2. Pallet deck production

Product description:

The automatic machine can produce top decks for pallets on three to five longitudinal boards or bearers. It also excels at producing top decks with wings. Thanks to innovative technology, the nailing machine can also be used to join legs with top decks, resulting in the final product - a pallet. Due to the possibility of quick dimension changes, it is perfectly suited for the production of small and large series of pallets.

3. Pallet assembly

Product description:

Legs or top decks are fed to the machine automatically or manually. The automatic machine can nail pallets on two or three legs. The size of the so-called wings can be programmed via computer. After all parameters are set, the machine is ready for operation. The operator or robot places the legs and top decks in the designated positions. The machine itself picks up the components, positions them, and then precisely nails the pallets. The automatic machine has its own hydraulic unit (also sufficient for connection with other machines, e.g., a pallet stacker, robot).

The machine is used to join the finished top deck with the legs. Pallets can be joined with or without the so-called wings. Utilising an electronic quick-setting system, the automatic machine is ideally suited for the production of even small series of pallets.

4. Robot

Product description: 

This multi-purpose industrial robot is designed for automating key processes in pallet production.
Equipped with a specialised gripper adapted to handle hundreds of pallet types and their components, the robot successfully replaces the work of at least two operators, increasing output and reducing fixed costs.

Main functions:

🔹 Transfer and feeding:
The robot can automatically transfer top decks, pallet bottoms, or entire pallets between machines in the production line.

🔹 Stacking of top decks:
The robot can stack finished top decks or stringer pallets directly from the deck machine into even, safe stacks - ready for further processing or transport.

This is a reliable automation solution that not only increases output but also ensures quality stability and saves space and human resources.

5. Pallet finishing

Product description:

This machine is designed for the final finishing of completed pallets, ensuring high precision and repeatability of processes. The device combines three key functions that allow pallets to be prepared for further transport, sale, or compliance with customer requirements:

🔹 Marking (branding/printing of logos/markings):
Thanks to the branding system, permanent markings (e.g., company logo, IPPC symbol, series markings, or production codes) can be applied without the risk of abrasion. This solution is particularly valued by companies exporting pallets or providing services to large logistics networks.

🔹 Corner cutting (edge chamfering):
The machine precisely trims pallet corners, giving them a safer shape and an aesthetic finish. This is often required in automated logistics and in sectors where pallets must meet specific safety and appearance standards (e.g., food or pharmaceutical industry).

🔹 Milling of bottom boards (entry chamfering):

6. Pallet stacking

Product description:

The device is designed for automatic stacking of top decks (upper parts of pallets) or finished 4-way pallets in a fast, repeatable, and safe manner.

The machine offers two operating modes:

🔹 Standard stacking - 'one on top of another' - most commonly used for pallets with uniform dimensions and high stability.
🔹 Nesting - 'one inside another' - significantly saves space in transport and storage, especially for lighter, one-way pallets.

Thanks to its modular design, the machine can be extended with an additional function for stacking pallet bottoms, making it an even more versatile tool in automated production lines.
