Module 1
Product description:
IMH Kombiline ST is a standard line for producing non-standard 4-way pallets. Thanks to its short changeover time, it is excellent for producing even short runs of pallets. This is the most popular solution in Poland. The exact parameters of the line, such as equipment layout, production range, and degree of automation, are always tailored to our customers.
Module 1 is used for producing legs for 4-way pallets: perimeter base, winged, standard, or non-standard. It is an excellent machine to start your production line.

Module 2
Product description:
The automatic machine can produce top decks for pallets on three to five longitudinal boards or bearers. It also excels at producing top decks with wings. Thanks to innovative technology, the nailing machine can also be used to join legs with top decks, resulting in the final product - a pallet. Due to the possibility of quick dimension changes, it is perfectly suited for the production of small and large series of pallets.

Module 3
Product description:
Legs or top decks are fed to the machine automatically or manually. The automatic machine can nail pallets on two or three legs. The size of the so-called wings can be programmed via computer. After all parameters are set, the machine is ready for operation. The operator or robot places the legs and top decks in the designated positions. The machine itself picks up the components, positions them, and then precisely nails the pallets. The automatic machine has its own hydraulic unit (also sufficient for connection with other machines, e.g., a pallet stacker, robot).
The machine is used to join the finished top deck with the legs. Pallets can be joined with or without the so-called wings. Utilising an electronic quick-setting system, the automatic machine is ideally suited for the production of even small series of pallets.

Module 4
Industrial robot:
The robot is used for transferring / feeding pallet blocks (cylindrical, cubic), top decks, pallet bottoms, or pallets between machines. It can also be used to stack top decks.

Module 5
Product description:
The machine is used for processing finished pallets, i.e., branding marks, corner cutting, and notching the bottom boards of pallets.

Automatic board feeding:
Machines are typically operated by an operator who feeds material into the machine, adds pallet nails, and adjusts the line for a new pallet dimension. Adjustments can be fully automated, and other tasks can be performed by specially adapted robots.
