Product description:
The Cekamon pallet stacker is used for stacking all types of pallets. Fully unattended operation ensures very high output. Its high speed assists with sorting and inspecting a large number of pallets.
When a finished pallet is ready for stacking, the machine lifts the stack and the new pallet is placed at the bottom. Once the entire stack is full, i.e., when the number of pallets in the stack reaches the programmed quantity, it exits the stacker. The completed pallet stack is moved to a chain conveyor and awaits collection.

Cekamon pallet stacker
The Cekamon pallet stacker stacks all types of pallets during the sorting and repair process - not in a new pallet production line, where a different model, the STP 1502 stacker, operates.
Application
The machine receives pallets after inspection, repair, or sorting and stacks them, ready for collection. Fully unattended operation and high speed facilitate the handling of a large number of pallets during sorting and inspection.

How it works
When a finished pallet is ready for stacking, the machine lifts the stack and a new pallet is placed at the bottom. Once the programmed number of pallets in the stack is reached, the stack exits the stacker and moves to a chain conveyor, where it awaits collection. Pallets that are uneconomical to repair usually proceed to a pallet dismantler, where they are disassembled for reclaimable material.
