Product description:
A pallet dismantler is an advanced machine used for the effective and precise disassembly and dismantling of wooden pallets. The press can remove nails, screws, or other fasteners from the pallet, allowing them to be separated into individual components. This automatic machine ensures fast and efficient pallet processing, which contributes to optimising the material recycling process and increases pallet production output. A pallet dismantler is particularly useful in industries where material recovery from pallets is crucial for cost reduction. Its ease of use and ergonomic design will be appreciated by every employee!

Pallet dismantler - dismantling press
A pallet dismantler disassembles faulty wooden pallets into individual components, removing nails, screws, and other fasteners, rather than cutting them.
Application
The machine is used for pallet dismantling in the sorting and repair process - for pallets which are no longer economical to repair, but whose timber is suitable for recovery. It is possible to dismantle individual boards or cut the entire pallet at once. The press complements the sorting and repair station together with the Cekamon pallet stacker, which receives the finished pallets after repair.
Who it is for
For service companies and pallet sorting centres, as described on the pallet sorting and repair page, who are focused on material recovery from faulty pallets, rather than just their disposal.
How it works
The hydraulic press separates pallet components without cutting, meaning it does not wear out blades like manual or circular saws. It is operated by one operator, who uses it to remove damaged pallet sections. Compared to standard cutting tools, the press reduces noise and dust at the workstation.
Specifications
- Output: up to 75 pallets/h
- Drive: hydraulic
- Operation: 1 operator
- No blade replacement required (no cutting element)
Frequently asked questions
How does a pallet dismantler differ from a pallet cutting saw?
The press separates components without cutting, so it does not wear out blades and reduces noise and dust compared to manual and circular saws.
How many pallets can the press dismantle per hour?
Up to 75 pallets per hour, with one operator.
What happens to the timber after dismantling?
Recovered boards and blocks are returned for further use - for repairing other pallets or as material for other purposes, depending on their condition.
