Product description:
This machine is used for stacking top decks or 4-way pallets. Pallets can be stacked in the standard way - "one on top of another", or nested - "one inside another". The machine can be extended with an option for stacking pallet bottoms (legs).
Features
- fully automated stacking system,
- even stacking of pallet stacks,
- counting of pallets, stack heights, daily production,
- stacking pallets 'one on top of another' or 'one inside another',
- stacking of pallets, top decks, pallet bottoms (legs),
- operation: robot,
- Fast and precise dimension changeover system,
- Can operate as a stand-alone unit or in a production line,
- has its own control panel

Operating principle:
When a finished pallet is ready for stacking, the machine lifts the stack and the new pallet is placed at the bottom. Once the entire stack is full, i.e., when the number of pallets in the stack reaches the programmed quantity, it exits the stacker. The completed pallet stack is moved onto a chain conveyor and awaits collection. The lifting mechanism is electronically operated with a pneumatic gripping function. The machine is controlled by a PLC.
Material dimensions:
- Width: 600-3000 mm
- Length: 600-2000 mm
- Total stack height: 1950 mm*
*Recommended size, mainly dependent on the stacker's maximum load.
Capacity:
- Output: 5 cycles at a lifting height of 280 mm. The lifting height can be individually adjusted for each product.
- Changeover time: 1 min.
- Maximum lifting height: 280 mm (this value determines the maximum pallet height)
- Maximum load: 1000 kg
Technical requirements:
- Electrical voltage: 3-phase 400 V, 50 Hz
- Main fuses: 3x25 Amps
- System pressure: 6-10 bar
- Nominal pressure: 6-7 bar
Machine dimensions:
- External machine dimensions: See line diagram. Recommended hall height: 3700mm

STP 1502 pallet stacker
The STP 1502 stacker stacks top decks or 4-way pallets at the end of the production line. This is a machine for a production line - for pallet sorting and repair, we have a separate Cekamon brand pallet stacker; these two models should not be confused.
Application
The STP 1502 operates at the end of the pallet production line, where it receives finished components and stacks them - either in the standard "one on top of another" manner or nested "one inside another". The machine can be extended to include stacking of pallet bottoms (legs). See the full configuration in the description of the pallet production line.
Who it is for
For facilities with a pallet production line where the final stage - stacking finished pallets or top decks - is currently performed manually by an operator. The STP 1502 can operate standalone or in-line, has its own control panel, and can be integrated with a robot.
How it works
When a finished pallet is ready for stacking, the machine lifts the stack, and the new pallet is placed at the bottom. Once the programmed number of items per stack is reached, the stack exits the stacker and moves onto a chain conveyor, where it awaits collection. Lifting is performed electronically, with a pneumatic gripping function, and the entire process is controlled by a PLC. The machine counts pallets, stack heights, and daily production.

Frequently asked questions
Does the STP 1502 operate only in a production line, or also independently?
It can operate individually or in a production line - it has its own control panel.
Which components does the STP 1502 stacker handle?
Top decks, 4-way pallets, and, with machine expansion, also pallet bottoms (legs).
How does the STP 1502 differ from the Cekamon stacker in the sorting and repair range?
The STP 1502 is a machine for a production line, stacking newly manufactured components. The Cekamon stacker handles pallets in the sorting and repair process, with an output of up to 6 pallets/min and unattended operation.
