In southern Poland, we have commissioned a complete, fully automated installation for the production of non-standard pallets. The solution employed is among the leading systems in terms of output achieved by pneumatic pallet nailing machines and technological advancement, and an additional robotic module for collecting finished pallets significantly accelerates the final stage of production.
The use of CNC control enables precise and repeatable production of pallets in various formats, without the need for time-consuming changeovers. The entire process has been designed to minimise manual labour, while simultaneously increasing order fulfilment speed and the quality consistency of the final product.
