We have completed tests of the latest production line for non-standard pallets. IMH Machinery AB is a leader in combining high output, production flexibility, and quick changeovers between different pallet types.
The line consists of: a semi-automatic feeder for sawdust blocks, an optimising block cutter for pallet blocks, a leg machine, a top deck machine, a robot for transporting pallet components, an assembly machine, and a stacker with a turntable.
Only 2 operators are required to operate the entire line, and for the production of stringer pallets - just 1 operator.
The system's output is 4 pallets per minute.
