Product description:
In this pallet production module, we use a CNC nailing machine operating with a servomotor. The manufacturer is the Lithuanian company STAKMA, which has developed the PALLETMAX and PALLETSTAR series; both can be successfully integrated into this line. Only 1 operator is required for operation.
The Palletmax series offers reduced labour and increased productivity! This automatic nailing machine is designed for wooden pallet production, an excellent solution for small and medium-sized businesses. With PALLETMAX, you can produce many different types of pallets simultaneously. The process of adjusting machine settings for a new pallet design is extremely simple and takes only a few minutes.
The PALLETSTAR series offers innovative production solutions, specifically designed for the pallet industry. Thanks to the delta-shaped rotating table design, the pallet production process is continuous, as there are 3 independent working areas available:
Area 1. In this zone, the operator places boards onto the pallet jig.
Area 2. The automatic machine nails the pallet previously prepared in zone 1.
Area 3. The stacking robot picks up the pallet previously nailed in zone 2.
