How does a pallet inspection system work?
A fully automatic pallet inspection system checks Euro pallets at multiple points. The operator decides which pallet elements to inspect. For example, it monitors first choice, second choice, and damaged pallets. Additionally, the system can check the length, width, distances, and height of the pallet. After inspection, the robot places the pallet on the appropriate conveyor.
Where to install a pallet inspection system?
Given the wide range of capabilities of the pallet inspection system, it can be placed in several locations within the sorting line. The device can be positioned at the beginning of the line as a unit checking the condition of used pallets, or at the output to monitor the quality of the finished product.
