The IMH Kombiline ST is a standard line for producing non-standard 4-way pallets. Thanks to its short changeover time, it is excellent for producing even short runs of pallets. This is the most popular solution in Poland. The exact parameters of the line, such as equipment layout, production range, and degree of automation, are always tailored to our clients.
Construction
The line consists of 4 modules performing the following tasks:
- block cutting, leg production,
- top deck production,
- joining top decks and legs,
- pallet finishing,
- stacking finished pallets.

Pallet top deck production
In module 1, complete top decks are assembled. It is possible to produce full top decks, winged top decks, or standard top decks - with gaps between the boards. The finished top decks are then stacked using a stacker. Complete packs of top decks exit the stacker and are ready for collection.
