IMH Kombiline PER AT/ST is a standard pallet production line for 4-way pallets. It can produce one-way pallets, EUR-type pallets, and perimeter base pallets.
Features
The line consists of 4 modules performing the following tasks:
- block cutting, leg production,
- top deck production,
- joining pallet bottoms and top decks,
- nailing the final perimeter boards,
- pallet finishing,
- stacking finished stacks.
A quickly adjustable and efficient line is perfectly suited for producing many types of pallets.

Top deck production
In module 1, complete top decks are assembled. It is possible to produce full top decks, winged top decks, or standard top decks - with gaps between the boards. The finished top decks are then stacked using a stacker. Complete packs of top decks exit the stacker and are ready for collection.
