IMH SIMPLE X1500 production line

The diagram shows a pallet production line where successive machines carry out individual process stages. The line includes an optimising saw for cutting pallet blocks, a pallet leg machine, and a machine for producing top decks and stringer pallets. An assembly machine is then used, and the process is complemented by milling units, printers and branding stations, and corner cutting saws. Finished pallets are turned by a robot, then go to a stacker and further to a chain outfeed conveyor for finished stacks, ensuring full automation and preparation of products for further distribution.

Line modules

We build the line from modules chosen to suit the requirements of your plant.

01

Production of pallet bottoms

Fully automatic production of pallet legs, integrated with a precision optimising saw for cutting blocks.

  • Integrated optimising saw for cutting pallet blocks
  • Sawdust block feeder with a 6-axis or portal robot
  • Two capacity versions: up to 12 or 18 pallet bottoms/min
  • High repeatability and low material consumption
02

Deck production

Top deck nailing machine for 3-5 boards or squared timbers, also handles top decks with wings and connecting the leg with the top deck.

  • Produces top decks on 3-5 boards or squared timbers, including with wings
  • Two capacity versions: 25 or 35 nailing cycles/min
  • Possibility of connecting the leg with the top deck into a finished pallet
  • Optional gantry robot for feeding boards
03

Pallet assembly

The automatic machine connects top decks with legs into a complete pallet, with optional wings and its own hydraulic unit.

  • Nails pallets onto two to five legs
  • Programmable size of the so-called wings
  • Own hydraulic unit also powering other machines
  • Quick changeover for small batch production
04

Pallet processing

Final processing of finished pallets combining marking, corner cutting, and milling of bottom boards in one machine.

  • Marking - permanent branding or printing of logos, IPPC marks, and codes
  • Corner cutting - safer shape and aesthetic finish
  • Milling of bottom boards to facilitate forklift entry
  • Three functions in one machine - high precision and repeatability
05

Pallet stacking

Automatic stacking of top decks or finished 4-way pallets - fast, repeatable, and safe.

  • Standard stacking (one on top of another) or nested (one inside another)
  • Space saving in transport and storage
  • Modular design - can be extended with leg stacking
  • Compact solution for large and smaller lines
06

Additional options

The line is typically operated by an operator - full robotisation is available for companies seeking maximum automation.

  • Standard: operator feeds material and adjusts the line
  • Option: full automation of machine parameter adjustment
  • Industrial robots for material feeding and transport between modules
  • Automatic nail hopper replenishment
