This was the first installation of this model for our client in Slovakia. Below, we describe how the three working zone system operates and how the machine commissioning proceeded.
The challenge
The client needed a pallet production machine for various dimensions that would limit manual labour and allow several production stages to run in parallel, instead of sequentially - which, with a classic workstation layout, extends order fulfilment time.
Solution: Palletstar 2600
The Palletstar 2600 is a rotary pallet making machine equipped with three working areas - for the operator, for the pallet nailing machine, and for the robot. Thanks to the rotary system, all three process stages take place simultaneously, which shortens production time compared to a system where these same activities occur sequentially.

Implementation process

Results
Thanks to efficient implementation and technical support, the machine immediately became operational for the client, supporting the development of local pallet production. The Palletstar 2600 enables the production of pallets of various dimensions with minimal manual labour.
