The machine enables the simultaneous production of pallet legs and the joining of the finished top deck with the legs. Pallets can be joined with or without so-called wings.

Operating principle:

Blocks and leg boards are manually placed onto the machine. Simultaneously, a second operator places finished legs and pallet top decks. In one nailing cycle, three pallet legs are produced, and the top decks and legs are joined into a finished product - a pallet. The automatic machine can nail pallets with two or three legs. The automatic machine has its own hydraulic unit (also sufficient for connection with other machines, e.g., a pallet stacker, robot).
