Operating principle:
Pallet bottoms or top decks are fed to the machine automatically or manually. The automatic machine can nail pallets onto two or three pallet bottoms. The size of the so-called wings can be programmed via computer. Once all parameters are set, the machine is ready for operation. The operator or robot places the pallet bottoms and top decks in the designated positions. The machine automatically picks up the components, positions them, and then precisely nails the pallets. The automatic machine has its own hydraulic unit (also sufficient for connection to other machines, e.g., a pallet stacker, robot).

The machine is used for joining a finished top deck with pallet bottoms. Pallets can be joined with or without so-called wings. Utilising an electronic quick-setting system, the automatic machine is ideally suited for the production of even small series of pallets.
