In February 2020, a new line for the production of non-standard wooden pallets was installed in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. It allows for the nailing of both stringer pallets and standard 4-way block pallets. A significant challenge was to set up such a large line in a hall only 10 m wide, but our designers met this task. Fast changeover times allow for the production of even very short pallet series with an output of up to 4 pallets/min. Using automated machines, it is possible to produce many types of pallets in sizes up to 1400 mm x 3000 mm.

The line includes:

  • IMH optimiser
  • IMH pallet leg machine
  • IMH machine for pallet decks / stringer pallets
  • IMH assembly machine
  • Pallet processing line - pallet corner trimming saws
  • Pallet robot
  • Stacker
  • Chain outfeed station for pallet stacks

Number of operators: 2-4 depending on the pallet being produced.

Please watch the video showing the line in operation.
