In the Lubusz Voivodeship, the most modern line in Poland for the production of double-deck pallets has been installed. It enables the nailing of single-deck and double-deck pallets:
- on bearers,
- on blocks.
This line is adapted for non-standard pallets ranging from 600 x 600 to 1400 x 1500 mm. It allows for the production of a very wide range of pallets while maintaining its greatest advantage: quick changeover.
The currently installed solution includes the following machines:
- Optimiser
- Leg machine
- Pallet deck machine / Stringer pallet machine
- Pallet turner
- Perimeter base pallet machine / Double-deck stringer pallet machine
- Pallet robot
- Pallet stacker
- Outfeed station for finished pallets
Output: 4 pallets / min.
Number of operators: 2-3 depending on the pallet being produced.
