February 2018 - Maszyny do Palet Serwis installed a deck machine in the Greater Poland Voivodeship. This is a continuation of a previous installation - a line for the production of pallet components.
The line currently comprises the following machines:
- Block saw
- Leg machine
- Pallet deck machine
These are 3 independent machines that can operate individually or form a complete line. Currently, using the deck machine, the customer can produce finished stringer pallets up to 3m wide. For the production of block pallets, all the above-mentioned machines are used, and the assembly itself is performed manually. We estimate the line's output at approximately 4 to 5 pallets/min.
