Towards the end of 2017, a fully automatic wooden pallet production line was installed in the Greater Poland Voivodeship. It was designed for the production of a wide range of 2-way pallets and custom disposable pallets. Only 2 operators are required to run the entire line, and the entire line can produce 3 to 5 pallets per minute.
The line includes:
- Pallet deck machine
- Optimising block cutter
- Leg machine
- Conveyor feeders for pallet bottoms and top decks to the assembly machine, with buffering function
- Assembly machine
- Stacker
- Outfeed station for finished pallet stacks
