A new pallet production line was installed in the Podlaskie Voivodeship. Similar to the installation in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, the line was installed in several stages. The first stage involved the installation of a leg machine, the second stage involved the installation of a deck machine, and the final stage, which took place in June 2019, involved the installation of an assembly machine and the integration of the line with the existing setup. Thanks to the multi-module solution, the company could benefit from the advantages of individual components even before the entire line was fully installed. Using the pallet nailing machines, it is possible to produce non-standard pallets in sizes from 600 x 600 to 1400 x 2000. The main advantage of these automatic machines is their high flexibility, characterised by the ability to produce a wide range of pallets and short changeover times.

- Optimiser
- Leg machine
- Pallet deck machine
- Assembly machine
Output: 4 pallets / min.
Number of operators: 3-4, depending on the pallet being produced.
