In April 2018, the final stage of installation of a pallet production line at our customer's site was completed.
The work included the installation of the following equipment:
- Pallet assembly machine
- Branding units
- Pallet corner cutting saw
- Robot
- Stacker
- Roller conveyor for finished pallet stacks.
Output: 4 pallets / min. Number of operators: 3-4
The line is primarily used for the production of a wide range of pallets in sizes up to 2.8m. The quickly adjustable design allows for changing the manufactured product within several dozen minutes.
