Similar to the Pomeranian Voivodeship, the final stage of installing a new pallet production line has been completed in Greater Poland. Currently, the assembly machine has been commissioned along with a pallet processing line and a stacker. It has been integrated with existing components: a leg machine and a deck machine, to form a complete line. This line is designed for pallets from 600 x 600 to 1400 x 2000 mm. On the deck machine, it is possible to produce 2-way pallets with a size of up to 2800 mm.
The currently installed solution includes the following machines:
- Assembly machine
- Pallet processing feeder
- Pallet branding machines
- Corner cutting saws
- Pallet turner
- Pallet stacker
- Outfeed table for finished stacks
Output: 4 pallets / min.
