The semi-automatic pallet nailing machine KOMBI-FLEX R-1000 for two-stage pallet production, operated by 2 operators, with an output of approx. 500 pallets per 8 hours. Blocks and pallet bottoms are manually fed into the left jig, and the machine automatically nails the pallet parts together; the finished pallet bottoms are transferred to the second jig, where top deck boards are manually placed and automatically nailed.
