In April 2018 the last stage of the installation of the pallet production line in Czajków was completed.
The work included assembly of the following devices:
- Pallet mounting machine
- Character burners
- Pallet corner cutter
- Robot
- stacker
- Roller conveyor for ready-made stacks.Capacity: 4 pallets / min. Number of operators: 3-4
The line is primarily used for the production of a wide range of pallets in sizes up to 2.8 m. Quickly adjustable structure allows you to change the product within a few dozen minutes.
