Installation of a fully automated production line in Czarnków

At the end of 2017, a fully automatic wooden pallet line was installed in Czarnków. It was designed for the production of a wide range of 2-input pallets and non-standard one-off pallets. Only two operators are needed to operate the entire line, and the entire line can produce from 3 to 5 pallets per minute.

The line includes:

• Machine for the production of pallet tops
• Blocker with optimalizer function
• Machine for pallet bottoms
• Transport trays for bottoms and countertops for the assembly machine, with buffering function
• Assembly machine
• stacker
• Receiver of finished palettes of pallets
