February 2018 – the company Palet Serwis installed a machine for the production of pallet tops in the town of Krucz. This is a continuation of the previous installation – the sequence for the production of pallet elements. Currently, the line includes the following machines:
- Klockarka
- Machine for pallet bottoms
- Machine for the production of pallet tops
They are 3 independent machines that can work individually or create a complete line. Currently, with the help of a table top machine, the customer can produce finished pallets on a “scantling” up to a width of up to 3 m. For the production of “pallets on a block”, however, all the above devices are used, and the assembly is carried out manually. We estimate the efficiency of the lines at around 4 to 5 pallets / min.
